Overview
This policy explains what data MaxMore's games collect on iOS and Android, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every game published under the MaxMore name, including Nebula Drift, Sock Puppet Riot, Glyph, Tiny Kingdoms, Loop & Lantern, Ricochet Rush, Paper Beasts and Driftwood Bay.
MaxMore is a mobile games studio. We don't sell your personal data, and we collect as little as each game needs to run, save your progress, and stay stable.
Data we collect
Depending on the game and how you play it, we may collect:
- Gameplay data — level progress, in-game currency, settings and save state, so your game continues where you left off.
- Device information — device model, operating system version, language and screen size, used to keep games running smoothly across different hardware.
- Advertising & analytics identifiers — such as your device's advertising ID, used for ad delivery and understanding aggregate player behaviour. These can be reset or limited in your device settings.
- Crash & diagnostic reports — automatically generated technical logs sent when a game crashes, used only to fix bugs.
- Purchase information — confirmation of in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details — that's handled entirely by Apple or Google.
- Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep that conversation to help resolve your issue.
How we use it
Data is used to run the core game experience, save and sync your progress, diagnose crashes and bugs, measure which features are actually used, and — where a game is ad-supported — to serve and measure advertising. We do not build advertising profiles beyond what our third-party ad and analytics partners provide in aggregate.
Third parties
MaxMore games rely on a small number of third-party services to function:
- Platform stores — Apple App Store and Google Play, for distribution, purchases and account-level services like cloud save sync.
- Analytics providers — to understand crash rates and aggregate gameplay trends, never to identify you personally.
- Advertising networks — in games that show ads, to deliver and measure those ads.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy, in addition to this one. We choose partners who don't sell player data to unrelated third parties.
Device permissions
Some games request device permissions to enable specific features — for example, notifications for event reminders, or storage access to save screenshots. A game only requests the permissions it actually needs, and every permission can be reviewed or revoked at any time in your device's system settings.
Children's privacy
MaxMore games are made for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Data retention
We keep gameplay and account data for as long as your save file is active, and diagnostic data for a limited period sufficient to investigate and fix issues. If you delete a game, associated local save data is removed from your device; cloud-synced data can be deleted on request — see Your choices below.
Your choices
You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your iOS or Android privacy settings, disable notifications per game, and revoke individual permissions at any time. To request a copy or deletion of data associated with your account, email us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the data our games handle, including encrypted transmission for cloud saves and purchase confirmations. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep player data protected at every stage we control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our games or practices change. Meaningful changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and significant changes may also be noted in-app.
